What does any self-respecting homeopath do when confronted by a positive COVID test? Well, maybe not everyone would do the same as me, but I wrote a bit of a diary and a few notes as I went along in my journey through coronavirus. Upset stomach, severe aches, and feeling breathless. Questioning the truth, empathy, and freedoms that surround us
What are our priorities in life? It seems we have forgotten what the most important things are in our lives: family, friends, health, truth, freedom. I have seen a lot of disconnection recently. It is likely, we have all seen families breaking apart, friendships being destroyed … intolerance, bullying, manipulation, hatred, threat …. And the list keeps going … Because one doesn’t accept another’s opinion and choices. There’s no understanding, or empathy, no acceptance. It seems there is no love any more. There is a whole lot of of judgment and bullying all … [Read more...] about Questioning the truth, empathy, and freedoms that surround us

Knock out that cold or flu and fast track your way back to health!
Much to my despair, after feeling very proud of myself that I had avoided the nasty colds and flus going around, it got me! It started with a scratchy throat, then a very irritated nose and sneezing, red heavy eyes, headache, achy body, no appetite and fever. Sound familiar? I know…. I had a very busy week, including commitments in the evenings, got tired and probably hadn’t eaten as well as I usually do. This question has inspired me to write this blog post about integrative healthcare, CAM, naturopathy and homeopathy in detail. I've included what they encompass, when they are used, their history in Australia, as well as the number of people practicing, … [Read more...] about Homeopathy and Naturopathy…How do they differ?
