Elaine offers a warm, friendly and open consultation space where clients feel comfortable. With a previous career as a designer for a global fashion brand, Elaine understands the need for a restorative healthy life/work balance. With experience in yoga, meditation, reiki, massage, herbs, and nutrition Elaine uses a holistic approach to balance your health needs.
Elaine became interested in herbal medicine and nutrition after suffering many years from post traumatic stress. This led her to sunny Australia to study a course in Naturopathy. However it was Homeopathy that became the biggest surprise and fascination for Elaine, as it completely healed her chronic menstrual pain and shifted her anxiety. In a realisation that life could be lived with more energy and vibrancy Elaine went on to feel the best she had in years. Thanks to Homeopathy this feeling still continues to this day.
Now a proud Mother of a beautiful healthy boy who was born premature with heart and lung complications. Elaine has witnessed the impressive life saving capabilities of modern medicine, combined with the amazing healing potential of homeopathic remedies. Raising a young child with the support of homeopathy is really something to be thankful for and always provides opportunities for more learning.
Elaine believes that homeopathy can treat anyone with the curiosity to experience this powerful healing force and welcomes all the family.

Jacqui discovered Homeopathy after struggling to resolve the constant problem of her toddler’s runny nose. Having no success with conventional treatment, she discovered a local GP practicing Homeopathy and after a few doses of homeopathic Calc-carb, the chronic problem was solved and a life long journey of discovery begun.
Some thirty years later, Jacqui herself is a practicing Homeopath, Naturopath, Medical Herbalist and Nutritionist and follows an integrated approach of Natural Medicine complimented by conventional medicine when necessary. The best of both worlds.
Jacqui’s clinical interests include general family health care (including pets), women’s health, stress related issues including anxiety & depression, and therapeutic support for immune related issues.
Jacqui understands the pressures of juggling a busy life and making well informed healthy food choices for the family. As a naturopathic nutritionist, she can help remove the guess work with simple suggestions that won’t break the bank or cause mutiny at the table. Often, all it takes is a little tweaking of food and lifestyle to achieve weight goals or improve the family’s health.
Jacqui views Homeopathy as the medicine for the 21st century. Homeopathy is able to re-balance the mind & body, improve vitality while stimulating the immune system and resolving both chronic health issues and short term acute symptoms. Dare to be Brave and take your health care to the next level.

Question: “What’s the best part of being a homeopath?” Answer: “Helping parents keep their kids healthy and happy and then working with the parents to help maintain their own health”. Linlee uses a pragmatic approach to health care. She includes a practical amount of nutritional support alongside homeopathy, which proves to be an especially effective combination for kids with glue ear, recurrent ear infections, conjunctivitis, large tonsils and coughs. Over the last 20 years in practice, Linlee has found that a major role of homeopathy is to help get kids off the antibiotic treadmill. This is where Linlee’s rich background in nursing and natural health is very helpful. She is happy to work with your local Doctor, if necessary, in order for you to get the best health care solution possible. “For children, where compliance to a treatment regime is often difficult, homeopathy shows the best results out of all the complementary health methods available. It tastes good – say no more!” Linlee has published many articles about the treatment of teething, post-traumatic birth problems, post partum depression, early behaviour problems, and developmental disorders. Her book “Challenging Children: Success with Homeopathy” contains a collection of stories from homeopaths around Australia who are treating these problems and each of the practitioners at the Harbord Homeopathic Clinic has contributed a case. The stories shows the breadth of what can be achieved even in difficult cases and what will happen long-term, so that parents know what to expect from homeopathic treatment. It was written after careful reflection on the priorities and needs of families who are seeking an alternative style of treatment. Natural Therapy page Join Linlee on Facebook

Penny studied Homeopathy and Remedial Massage at Nature Care College in St Leonards after completing a Science degree majoring in Anatomy at Sydney University. Penny has a special interest in family issues, and she has experience in the following areas of childhood: behavioural issues, sleep, nightmares, ear problems and digestive disorders. For the mothers, Penny focuses on assisting female hormonal issues, anxiety, mood swings, fertility management and stress. Penny has three children and her life experience in combination with her studies have given her an in-depth understanding of many of the issues that come with raising a family, from both a child and parent centred view. Penny’s sensible attitude to health as well as her ability to often find the lighter side to difficult times allow her to assist in finding perspective in the midst of family stress. Her experience in nutritional health issues complements the homeopathic medicine. At the 2012 Australian Homeopathic Medicine National Conference, Penny presented a paper on the treatment of glue ear for which she received much positive feedback. Basically her research found that treatment programmes using ear mix, plus a carefully chosen constitutional remedy, and some dietary advice had a high success rate. This is a finding of great importance since otitis media is such a common reason for children to be taken to the doctor for treatment. Natural Therapy page

Penny is a Herbalist, Naturopath and Homeopath. She is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS), Australian Register of Homeopaths (AROH), and Australian Homeopathic Association (AHA). Penny undertook extensive study in Complementary Medicine with an emphasis on Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Naturopathy and Homeopathy. She has an in-depth understanding of the poor health which may follow repeated antibiotic use. She sees how valuable nutrition and a healthy digestive system is to overall health. Digestive issues can have a strong impact on many areas of health such as respiratory disorders, allergies, musculoskeletal pain, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, mood swings and energy levels. Penny enjoys working with people to evaluate their digestive issues and help incorporate changes that fit into their individual lifestyle. She uses a careful selection of individually chosen methods to help with weight loss and finds that a combination of nutritional changes and naturopathic or homeopathic medicine is often the key to restoring optimal health. Homeopathic drops are an important part of the management plan. Natural Therapy Page
