and a new author catalogue of 1821 references are included in 7th Version.
Even though with substantial increase in information, the number of pages has remained about the same.
Each page contains 15% more information.

Some Specialties of Synthesis
Symptom format is more clearly readable. At each level,either words follow each other in the normal order or the symptom is split only once.Split is indicated by” ;” to show the place from which one should start reading . In kent “, ” is used .
