Are you in overload?
It seems we are all in overload – with stresses that deplete us or inflame us in some way. Tiredness, fatigue, and lethargy, emotional reactivity, body aches and pains, skin eruptions, gut issues, are just some of the effects of stress and signs that we are in pure toxic overload.
What causes stress and types of stress
There are countless causes of stress. Taking into account their origins, these are some of the different types:
- Environmental stress – air pollutants, pollens, fossil fuels, dust, mould, animal danders
- Food and drink stress, – gluten, dairy, refined sugars, additives & preservatives
- Chemical stress – detergents, fertilisers, fungicides, pesticides, dyes, medications, heavy metals
- Radiation stress – electromagnetic radiation, X Rays, UV Rays, phones & computers
- People stress – challenging children & relationships, difficult people in the work place
- Emotional stress – financial strain, fear, shock, grief
- Global stress – panic, fear, health concerns
Do you feel like lightening the load, but not sure what your load is or how to go about it?
Wouldn’t it be great to know:
- What in our life is bad and what is good for us
- What foods our bodies are struggling with and which we would benefit from
- What causes stress for me
- Which environmental allergens we are sensitive to
- Why am I always sleepy
- Whether the mould in our environment is affecting us
- Whether our stress levels are in normal range or right off the scale
- Which exercise regime and yoga postures would most benefit us right now
- What diet plan most resonates with our metabolism
- What support is needed for gut health
- How to start reducing inflammation in our body and minimise pain
- What particular emotional stress we are dealing with
- Which body organs and systems might be out of balance
- What negative generational patterns we are holding onto from our parents and their
parents
If you have some of these stress symptoms, let’s ask about these things by tapping into our innate wisdom. It’s amazing what we already know at our core, if we can just delve to ask the questions…
Qest4 Bio resonance is a perfect tool for doing this job. A little like high speed digital kinesiology, showing us all the negative influences impacting our systems and then finding the positive items that will bring us back to balance including homeopathic remedies, flower essences, crystals, affirmations, supplements, herbs, hormones and other important informational patterns. A single session will help to determine some of the answers you have been seeking and imprinted energetic drops will be made specifically for you in order to restore balance and calm, minimise pain, detoxify, and desensitise. The result is that you will feel empowered, calmer, more focussed, more flexible in body and mind, more grounded and connected with those around you.
For more chronic stress or ongoing conditions, a course of sessions would be most helpful, but this can all be determined in the initial consultation.
Think about a session on the Qest4 Bioresonance system to determine some of the answers you have always wondered about and then receive the treatment drops to help you heal. The answers will give you important knowledge, empowering you to move forward with ease, releasing all that bringing you out of balance and letting in all that is bringing you back to centre.
